Respiratory tract

The Respiratory tract is a part of the biological Respiratory system. It's only called this when talking about humans, as all different animals have different Respiratory systems. The Respiratory tract is made of a upper and lower section, including the Nasal cavity, Lungs, Trachea, Primary bronchi, Pharynx and the Larynx.  As you breathe air, the Nasal cavity works as a air filter, trapping dangerous pollutants and other harmful things from the air. Through the Larynx, oxygen will start to move through the trachea into an intersection that moves air to the left and right Primary bronchi. The Primary bronchi then splits it's oxygen into tertiary and secondary bronchi, as it passes through the airway and eventually comes into contact with alveoli and then exchanges Gas functions. The reason food doesn't get stuck in the lower tract is due to the diaphragm passing by a small flap, known as the epiglottis, to block food access into the lungs. The lungs are enclosed in a serous membrane, which folds in on itself to create a 2-layered barrier known as the pleurae, this 2-layered barrier being highly protected by the rib cage.

My Writing: The First Encounters.

Hello everyone! My name is Mase and this is yet again another piece of my writing, except this time it's about when the Europeans settled in New Zealand and why they should have settled. For this task, we yet again to pick our 3 choices of writing types (being a Recount, Report or Exposition) and then had to write about the First Encounters in tribal New Zealand. It was really easy to write and publish this, but was slightly a bit time-consuming thinking of major points. Anyway, that's it for now and I hope you'll enjoy this piece!

Our scratch project

Hi, It's Mase with my W.I.P Scratch Project. For this, we had to make a project about something in Scratch. Since it's a W.I.P, I will not list the easy and hard things for now, but will after this has been finished. Anyway, Hope you enjoy and I'll see you later.

Psychiatry

Psychiatry is a medical specialty that focuses on diagnosing, preventing and treating mental disorders. This specialty involves treating or preventing adaptations, behavioral issues, cognition and perception. Psychiatric research involves combining interdisciplinary measures to understand mental traits and diagnosing it correctly. Those combinations involve social, biological and psychology tests to, again, diagnose and understand the condition. Diagnoses in this field are performed by different doctors, mostly psychiatrists.

Grid

Hi there! It's Mase again with an ANZAC information grid. For the past few weeks, the ANZAC squadrons in WW1 have been a large topic for us. It was easy to get this setup and the information put in, but it was a bit hard to work with a CERTAIN person. Anyway, hope you enjoy this (even though it's a bit confusing to read), and I'll blog ya later!
